The "cerTEST" is a mobile test bench equipped with a brake pad system that uses both hydraulic and electromagnetic methods. By making the pads as light and small as possible, the rotational inertia moment has been minimized. It can measure tightening torque, final tightening angle, and tightening rotation speed, and it can display the entire tightening process curve as needed.
